Belterra Upgrade to Add Retail Stores and Restaurants

Belterra Village UpgradeThe developers of Belterra Village will begin working on a new, mixed-use commercial development in the 93-acre community to cater to the growing needs and demands of the Belterra community. Located near the intersection of West Hwy. 290 and Nutty Brown Road (6.5 miles away from Dripping Springs), the new development will feature local and national tenants to cater to the residents' shopping and dining needs. Some of the providers that will set up shop in the complex are Torchy's Tacos, Jersey Mike's Subs, Spirits and Finer Foods, among others. According to the developer, Endeavor Real Estate Group, the other tenants who have committed to leasing space in the area are "Pet Supplies Plus, Serasana, Breed and Co., Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, Great Clips, Mama Fu’s Asian House and Dunkin’ Donut."

Scheduled to open for business in the second quarter of 2017, the phased completion of the project will take 5 to 7 years, with a goal of completing "200,000 square feet for housing, senior housing, restaurants, retail shops, office space, medical space, and hotel space." The project will also feature 10 acres of hike and bike trails, anchor restaurants, and a movie theater in partnership with Violet Crown Cinema from downtown Austin.
