About Deer Haven
Bordered by the Blowing Sink Preserve, Deer Haven is a small community of homes built in the early 2000s. Featuring brick exteriors and spacious floor plans, all surrounded by dense greenery, this community is a popular place to call home. Homes tend to range in the $200s and $300s, and range in size from 2,200 to 3,200 square feet. Deer Haven residents are in one of the best parts of South Austin.
